How does In God's Love
written by Janet Hurlow
relate to
the Catholic Faith ?

Chapter 16 The Messengers' Observations About
the Earth, Us and their Connection to Us   1/2

Preface

716          The focus of Chapter 16 is the messengers’ observations about us and our planet and their connection to us.    The purpose of “The Presentation” is to see if In God’s Love contradicts the deposit of the faith of the Catholic Church.  Since this Chapter does not deal with theology or morals, but merely the messengers’ observations about us the planet Earth, one could view this Chapter as unnecessary and omit writing it, or on your part, reading it.  It is written for three reasons.  First, to eliminate the fear that, even though these are just observations about us and our planet these, observations could lead to conclusions that could contradict the faith.  For example, IF they were to observe that we are evil and God is sorry He made us or IF they were to observe that God did not make us or IF they were to observe that the Earth just randomly happened and the future is out of God’s control, then any of these observations would be in conflict with our faith.  HOWEVER none of this is the case.  Recall that they stated that nothing they write contradicts this sacred institution, which I believe is the Catholic Church.  Second, it is written to satisfy the curiosity of the reader.  How do they see us and what do they observe about our planet?  Third, it is written so this can be a thorough review of  In God’s Love.

            Part 1 Messengers’Observations About
                          the People of the Earth

Section 1 The Messengers Observe that
                                           Some People are Pleasing God

717           The messengers observe that mankind is beautiful.  They write, “Blessed are all the creations of God.  He has done well in fashioning man.  In this, we have observed.  Such beauty is in the creation of mankind”(1)   They observe that many people on the Earth are saints: “Many are seen in this spiritual army of God…. Many nations and tongues, … they come and rise up in that day, and woe to all manner of evil.  For who can stand against such an army who have the fire of love and Spirit of God in their breasts”(2)   These saints do the will of God.  They write that they see our deeds: “Seen are man’s deeds from far away on other worlds you, O sons of man, do not know of.  Seen are the saints who love our God.”(3)   They observe that these obedient saints give God joy: “Blessed ones are the great joy of God.  He is so thrilled that those who are on Earth are obeying His commands and living as He desires.”(4)

718           The messengers observe saints doing God’s will which pleases God: “In such little ones are seen much courage and wisdom.  Very precious are you to us and to God.  This has been a very blessed group who have stayed in God’s love until the end.”(5)   They also write, “We come to tell the faithful good news, ‘God is pleased with His children.’  He is pleased with His own dear ones,”(6)

Section 2 The Messengers Observe that
Some People are not Pleasing God

719           The messengers also observe that some people are not pleasing God.  Some people on the Earth are too busy for God.  They write, “Can kind, blessed Father reach such Earth creatures who are so busy in Earth’s toil?  So busy.  Too busy to speak to God in Earth’s work.”(7)   They observe that some people only see the moment: “Such Earth people who see only the things of the moment, such seeing profits nothing unless it is spent in God’s Spirit.”(8)

720           The messengers observe that so many people are ignorant about the reality of God, who they are, and the how to live.  The messengers observe, “Many Earth people do not understand that God is real.”(9)   They also write, “Earth people are so in need of understanding.  They are so small and ignorant of who they are.”(10)   Who are the ignorant and the blind?  According to the messengers they are “Those who do not understand who they are, those are the blind people on the Earth.  Those who do not obey God’s precepts are considered blind.”(11)   The messengers observe that “Earth is a strange place.  While they wait, her children look for happiness in such unusual places.”(12)   The messengers observe that some people think that the life that they live on the Earth is all that there is.  They wonder, “Why do you not understand that this is not the end of your journey?”(13)  In short, the messengers observe there are wise and foolish people on the Earth, the characteristics of which have already been noted.(14)

721           The messengers also observe there is an evil in our world: “On this world is an evil force that has entered the people of Earth.”(15)   They state that it seems to be in our nature to be violent: “Small children fight over toys.  It is the way of small Earth children.  In all the Earth, beings fight.”(16)   The Messengers observe that we are destroying ourselves: “Spirits of Earth who do not accept God’s Fatherhood are releasing their own poisonous energy with its deadly venom out upon the Earth.  God does not send punishment on mankind.  Mankind makes his own destruction.”(17)

722           The messengers observe that some people are rude to God.  They address this observation of our bad manners with this striking image: “Would you go to a business meeting and throw wine in the face of a well-mannered business person?  Would you insult someone in authority?  If you did this ill-mannered thing to a gentle person, you would be so ill bred.  You would be someone who grew up in a house where manners and education were not taught.  This is what the people of Earth are doing to God.  They are throwing wine into the face of a gentle person of high authority.  These beings are showing God that they have very bad manners.  Dear ones, nothing is so rude as to show your bad manners in front of God.  His manners are awesome.”(18)

723           The messengers observe that we are not only rude, but some are also unruly in their behavior towards God: “O such unruly children are in the Earth.”(19)   They proclaim, “King is our God, and no one speaks back.  Yet, very foolishly, this creation has insulted such a Being until this very creation is destroyed.”(20)   They also write, “While mankind put themselves above this wonderful being, they reduce themselves to ashes.”(21)   They observe that this behavior is the worst it has ever been and God has about had enough: “Never in all creation has mankind broken the rules as he has in this time of his creation.”(22)   They caution that “God is a patient Father, and man has tested His patience.”(23)

724           The messengers express that we are the only race that they have observed that revolts against God, and it is difficult for them to understand: “Such understanding we must have for man.  Such a race in God’s creation.  In this way, no other people have turned.  This is very hard to understand.  Such sorrow is coming upon the heads of man who gain pleasure in seeking trash and still he cannot see.”(24)   Again, they write, “God has created many worlds and many people who are in virtuous peace and love.  Never have such unruly beings as are on the Earth been known to exist.  All creation is amazed that such small beings could dare insult such a God.  This is so difficult to comprehend.”(25)   They are upset, and they write, “All God’s Creations see and sign in righteous revolt against such insult.”(26)

                      Section3  The Messengers’ Observations About
                                        our Weak Physical Nature

725           Of all of God’s Children, the messengers observe that we are the weakest of them all: “Children, Earth is small.  She is a small jewel in the Father’s setting.  In such a vast setting, she is the smallest, and her children are the weakest.”(27)   They also observe that not only are we small, but our minds or ways of thinking are small, too.(28)   They observe that we “sing” or live with suffering, while other spirits do not: “Spirit of Earth children, sing in sorrow.  Spirits of other creations, sing in such perfect harmony with the Holy Spirit.”(29)   The messengers struggle to understand our physical pain and suffering.  Since they do not have such things, they pray to God for understanding.: “This is our prayer, in God’s Spirit, that we will understand this sorrow.  In our spirits, there is no pain.  In our body, there is no discomfort.  O man of Earth, this is our love for you.”(30)

Section 4 The Messengers Observe that We are in Need

726           The messengers observe that we are in need of help from God: “The small creatures of Earth are very much in need of God’s graces.”(31)   They observe the spiritual distress of saintly parents: “This is the time when beings’ understanding has faded.  Those who are trusting in God’s love are weakening and falling by the wayside.  Many weep for their own, dear children, lest they have made a grave mistake of giving birth to souls who will suffer eternal damnation.  This is the time for children to understand parents who weep and pray for their souls.”(32)   They observe people who desire God but are weak and need help: “Many are desiring God’s Spirit but are so weakened by an evil force blazing in their path.  Do you want someone to take your hand and lead you through this force that will not let you pass?”(33)    They even put in our mouths a prayer of need that we could or should utter: “Bless us, O Lord, we are a needy people.  We are so much in need of Your Spirit.  We are so much in need of being able to listen to God’s voice.  We are so much in need of understanding what to do, so we can get back on track.  We need His Spirit to guide us through the dark valley of useless information into the light of what we must know.  This is the way to things that matter, the things of truth and value”(34)

Part 2 The Messengers’ Observations About the Planet Earth

727            The messengers have several observations about our planet, the Earth.  They constantly reference it as being very small: “Children, Earth is small.  She is a small jewel in the Father’s setting.  In such a vast setting, she is the smallest, and her children are the weakest.”(35)   They also write, “Small is Earth in this creation.  So small is Earth in the Father’s setting.”(36)    Not only is the Earth small, but it is also a strange wonder, for they write, “Earth, the wonder of the stars.  Earth, the strange planet seen in the heavens.”(37)

728           They messengers lament that the spirit of the Earth  is sad:(38)  “Earth’s song has turned to mourning, and her righteous spirit withers with age.  Why are you mourning, O beautiful world who once laughed and sang in the sun early in the dawn of your creation?  You do not mourn because of your age.  This is not the reason.  Is it because your children have turned against you and your Creator?  Yes, this is the sadness seen.”(39)  They also write, “In all God’s creation, Earth is the saddest and the smallest.”(40)

729           They observe that the Earth’s axis rotation is not correct:(41) “Bless and heal Earth’s wounds.  Such special beauty is righteous and so important to man. On her singing, all men rely.  Earth is on a wrong standing.  Children of God, she shakes.  She is in a wrong timing in her turning.”(42)   They also write that “Earth is in her phase, she is tilting on her axis.”(43)
